You can update your Active Listings at any time in ecomdash. You can update listing information such as Sold As Name and Storefront Price.
There are three ways to update active listings in ecomdash:
Update Individually
If you’d like to make revisions to one listing, you can do so within the listing details section.
To make individual revisions:
1. Navigate to Products > Active Listings.
2. Select Actions > View for the listing you’d like to make revisions to.
3. Update the fields of your choosing within the listing details - the fields available will vary for each sales channel.
4. Select Actions > Save Submit to save your revisions and submit them to your sales channel.
5. View Listing Submission history to ensure product updates were successful.
Bulk Edit
Our Bulk Edit tool can be used to quickly update listing information for up to 250 products at a time.
To bulk edit your listings:
1. Navigate to Products > Active Listings.
2. Select Filters and choose a storefront from the Storefronts dropdown provided - you can only bulk edit listings for one sales channel at a time.
3. Once you’ve chosen a storefront, select any other filters you’d like to apply and close the Filters dropdown.
4. Mark the checkbox for the listings you’d like to edit a specific field for.
5. Select Bulk Actions > Bulk Edit.
6. Follow the steps provided in the Bulk Edit window to make revisions to the selected listings.
7. Submit revisions to your sales channel.
- Mark the checkboxes for the listings you updated.
- Select Bulk Actions > Submit Revisions.
8. View Listing Submission history to ensure product updates were successful.
Upload a File
You can upload a CSV file with your listing information to update your active listings. First, you’ll need to create an import format that matches the file you are uploading. Once created, you can follow the steps below:
To upload a file:
1. Navigate to Actions > Upload Inventory.
2. Follow the steps provided on the Upload Inventory page.
- In the fourth step, you’ll want to select Overwrite existing product details with file to add updated or new information to existing products.
3. Ensure your file has uploaded successfully.
- Navigate to Products > All Products.
- Select View History > Upload Inventory.
4. Submit revisions to your sales channel.
- Navigate to Products > Active Listings. To make it easier to find the products you want to update, you can:
- Apply a Tag to your products during the file upload process. Once applied, you can search for the tag within the Filters option to quickly locate the updated listings you need to submit.
- If you only need to update the Storefront Price for your listings, you can use the Listing Revisions Needed filter and select Bulk Actions > Submit Revisions Needed to quickly submit price revisions for up to 1000 products at once.
- Mark the checkboxes for the listings you updated.
- Select Bulk Actions > Submit Revisions.
5. View Listing Submission history to ensure product updates were successful.
Listing Submission History
Once you’ve submitted revisions to your sales channels, you can view the Listing Submission History to ensure the new information was updated on your sales channel(s).
To view the history of your listing submission:
1. Navigate to Products > Active Listings.
2. Select View History > Listing Submission.
