There are five types of shipment screens in ecomdash where you can perform different actions to fulfill your sales orders.
All Shipments
You can view all your shipments from the All Shipments screen. Access this page by navigating to Shipments > All Shipments.
By default, the filter will be set to show shipments that have processed in the past 24 hours. You can change the filter to see specific shipments in your account.
From the All Shipments page, you can reprint shipping labels, print packing slips, and edit tags for your shipments.
You can also view history, such as Shipment Label history and Send Fulfillment history.
Generate Label Queue
The Generate Label queue is where you can print shipping labels for any sales orders you want to fulfill yourself. You can access this screen by navigating to Shipments > Generate Label Queue.
On this screen, you can print pick lists and packing slips from the Bulk Actions dropdown, generate labels individually or in bulk, and view history such as shipment label history.
Input Tracking Queue
In the Input Tracking queue, you can enter tracking information for any sales order that was shipped outside of ecomdash. For example, if you use a different software to print your shipping labels, you can gather the tracking information, enter the data on this screen, and we’ll update the order status and post the tracking data back to your sales channel. You can access this queue by navigating to Shipments > Input Tracking Queue.
On this page, you can also print pick lists and packing slips from the Bulk Actions dropdown and view shipment history.
Dropship Queue
Orders that are exported to your dropship suppliers for fulfillment can be viewed in the Dropship Queue. You can access this screen by navigating to Shipments > Dropship Queue.
You can mark the orders as Shipped and edit tags from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
If your dropship supplier is unable to provide tracking information via FTP/SFTP, you can Import Fulfillment Data with a file or Input Tracking Manually.
You can also view shipment history, such as Fulfillment Import history and Exported Files history.
FBA MCF Queue
If you use FBA to fulfill orders from sales channels other than Amazon, you can view them in the FBA MCF Queue. You can access this queue by navigating to Shipments > FBA MCF Queue.
On this screen, you can edit tags from the Bulk Actions dropdown and view shipment history, such as Send Fulfillment history.
