If the Sales Order is already in a Complete status, the Order must be Reprocessed before it can be cancelled.
- Navigate to Orders > Order Management > Paid - Ready to Ship Orders
- Cancel an Order by clicking the red 'X' to the far right of the order
- Cancel multiple Orders by selecting the checkbox next to each Order, then select Cancelled from the Order Status Dropdown
- The Order has now been Cancelled in ecomdash. Inventory levels will be adjusted based on your Order Cancellation Rules. Be sure to also Cancel the order on the originating storefront.
