If the Sales Order is already in a Complete status, the Order must be Reprocessed before it can be cancelled.
- Navigate to Orders > Order Management > Paid - Ready to Ship Orders
- Click Actions> Cancel
- Cancel multiple Orders by selecting the check-box next to each Order, then click Bulk Actions> Mark as Cancelled
- The Order has now been Cancelled in ecomdash. Inventory levels will be adjusted based on your Order Cancellation Rules. Be sure to also Cancel the order on the originating storefront.
