Creating listings in bulk

To create listings in bulk, navigate to Products > All Products > then click the Create Draft button and choose the Bulk option. You can then select a storefront you want to see items that are not already on that storefront with quantity available to sell.

Once the storefront has been selected, ecomdash will show you all items not already listed on the selected storefront that have sellable quantity for that storefront.

You can pick one or many and then click Bulk Actions > Create Draft or Publish Now. If you select Publish Now before reviewing the listing as a Draft, it may fail due to missing required information. If it fails, please check the Failed Listings tab for more information.

This page is the most common starting point for creating listings in bulk within ecomdash.

*If you do not see a product you would like to create a listing for, please confirm it meets the criteria to be in the Unlisted Products section:

1. There is not currently an active listing on the selected Sales Channel.
2. The Syncable Balance for the selected Sales Channel is greater than 0.
3. In the Product Details > Storefronts Tab, check to see that the available to list checkbox is enabled for the selected storefront.
4. There is already a Draft for this item.
