Does ecomdash offer a freemium package?

As of January 5, 2022, the ‘freemium’ plan will be grandfathered. 

Customers who are subscribed to the ‘freemium’ plan prior to January 5, 2022, will remain on this plan until (1) they exceed the included 30 sales orders or (2) they proactively upgrade.  The ‘freemium’ plan details will not change; below are some of the features included in the plan: 

• Import up to 30 sales orders a month 
• Automatically sync quantity for 100 products 
• Connect unlimited sales channels 
• Create and manage unlimited product listings 
• A Free 1-hour Onboarding to learn how to use ecomdash to be successful 
• Online Chat and Email support

Note:  Customers who either exceed the 30 sales orders or proactively upgrade their plan will be unable to downgrade to the ‘freemium’ plan.  Under no circumstance will anyone be able to revert to the ‘freemium’ plan once an upgrade occurs.
