Recently, ecomdash support has been made aware of issues regarding our integration with BigCommerce which may impact your user experience. This has been escalated to our technical team and they are actively working to update the integration and fix these errors as soon as possible. Once we have released an update for our BigCommerce integration to address these issues, we will publish another Announcement to let you know.
In the meantime, if you are receiving any errors when trying to use BigCommerce with ecomdash, we highly recommend creating and updating listing information within BigCommerce directly.
