Sears Seller Support has reached out to Ecomdash to let us know that they are currently experiencing issues receiving quantity updates from third party software, such as ecomdash. This means any quantity changes happening in ecomdash are being submitted to Sears but they are most likely not getting through. They did confirm that this should only be affecting quantity syncs and that any orders placed on Sears should still be available for ecomdash to import.
We will keep this post updated as we receive more information from Sears support.
