We would like to make all of our users aware that on 9/15 Rakuten announced that The Rakuten Americas marketplace will be closed for new purchases. This will impact all users who were selling on Rakuten. We will be giving our users until 9/17 to finish all open orders. Any orders not processed by the 17th will be removed from the account and will be unable to be shipped out of ecomdash as on 9/18 the Rakuten integration will be disabled within ecomdash.
