Amazon is reporting that this issue has been resolved. We are now observing successful tracking submission to Amazon accounts.
The Ecomdash support team has been made aware of an issue Amazon is currently experiencing receiving tracking updates from third party services. As soon as the issue is resolved by Amazon's technical support all fulfillment data will go through. You can monitor the status of the issue here;
