In an effort to best serve our customers during this critical period, we're allocating more support resources to the most active time periods for our customers. In order to do this, we'll need to scale back our support hours during the later evening hours, which on average is significantly less active. This means we'll be adjusting our daily support hours for scheduled calls and live chat to 8 AM - 6 PM ET (Monday-Friday). This change will officially go into effect on Monday, May 11th.
As always, we'll continue to monitor services and support tickets outside of these hours for any urgent situations that may arise. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Thanks again.
