The service the ecomdash support team utilizes for call scheduling is currently down. At this time, we are unable to view any scheduled calls or their details and therefore we will not be able to reach out to anyone who has scheduled a call during this time period. We have reached out them to ensure this is being resolved as soon as possible.
As soon as the service is restored, we will start reaching out to those that are next in the schedule. If your call is missed because we are unable to access the service, we do apologize, but you should be able to schedule another call in the next available slot once it is back up and running.
