FINAL EDIT 11/5:
This issue was resolved as of 4:30p EST on Monday, 11/4. After further investigation the underlying cause was with one of our 3rd party Microsoft Azure partners that led to downtime for a subset of our customers. We are currently undergoing a maintenance incident which is making the system unavailable to some users. We will be updating our announcements section here with updates every 30 minutes. Once we are back-up & running we will be processing orders and inventory syncs.

UPDATE 12:00 PM EST: Our team is continuing to work to resolve this as soon as possible. We currently expect everything to be fully live by mid afternoon but we will continue to post updates here every 30 minutes. Again, as soon as it goes live any and all orders/inventory syncs that occurred during this period will be queued up to ensure everything has the most up to date information. UPDATE 3:00 PM EST: Thank you for your patience. We are estimating that you will be able to log into your account at 4:30 PM EST. You may still see some orders and syncs that are catching up over the next couple hours. Again, thank you for your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience. We will continue to post additional updates.

UPDATE 4:30 PM EST: Orders and syncs are now up and running as we try to catch up on the days orders. Users should begin to be able to log in in the next half hour.
UPDATE 5:00 PM EST: Affected users should now have access to their accounts. Please note that order imports will still be catching up, so do not manually adjust quantities to account for missed orders. Quantities will automatically update and sync out as orders come in. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
FINAL UPDATE 5:30 PM EST: Users should now have full access to their accounts. Order imports and syncs are catching up successfully, so we fully expect everything to be back normal within the next couple of hours.
