Release Notes: 07/24/2019

With each software release, our team strives to continually grow our product to fit your needs. As you may notice, many of these additions were selected from our Feature Request section where our users have been posting their feedback on the software.

We want you to be in the know with what we are changing, so here is your inside scoop to all things new and improved with ecomdash this month!

Updated User Interface (Phase II): With this release, we are building on the changes made in Phase I to bring an updated look-and-feel to the order details screens. Information is no longer hidden behind tabs that must be clicked to view their information. That information is now displayed all in one page using "cards" on the right hand of the screen. Ecomdash has not added or removed any features with this update, we have simply cleaned up the page and made it so that you can get as much information about an order without any extra clicks.

Order Information Cards: You will no longer see any tabs within an order detail screen. Instead, you will see "cards" on the right hand side displaying the information right away. No more extra clicks to see what your billing or shipping address is.

Simplified Order Actions: Most actions that can be taken on an order (Clone, Mark Complete, Create Shipping Order, etc.) are now organized under a single Actions button found in the top right hand corner of the page. Any other actions will be represented by icons on the page such as Comments, Email, or Pick Lists.

Improved Order Workflow: When creating a new order in ecomdash, the system will now walk you through the process instead of simply loading the details page with no guidance or instructions. First you will be taken to a page to define required information about the order, then you will go directly to the Add Products page, once you add the items you will then be taken to the details page where you can begin taking action on the order.

Thank you all for your feedback during Phase I, it was crucial in determining many of the changes that were made for that release and this one! We sincerely appreciate it.
