Ecomdash is located in Charlotte, North Carolina which is expected to get impacted by Hurricane Florence. As a result, we will be having limited customer support availability starting Friday, September 15th and anticipate limited support into early/mid next week.
Our goal is to provide excellent customer support at all times, but we certainly want to ensure the safety of our employees. We will be responding to your questions, issues, and support tickets as quickly as possible, but we truly appreciate your patience and understanding if there are delays in our responses. We will be monitoring any critical issues and are equipped to respond.
Our platform is hosted in the cloud using Microsoft Azure data centers so we expect no issues with the availability of our product, only in response times to customer support requests.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding for any slow responses over the last few days. Our team is safe and sound as Hurricane Florence has passed by the Charlotte area and we will be catching up today Monday 9/17 on all outstanding requests.
