By default, Inventory included on a sales order is reduced from the highest priority warehouse with available quantity. Click here for more information on warehouse priority order. If a situation arises where you would like to fulfill an order from a different warehouse, you can manually change the warehouse assignment using the process outlined below:
1. Locate the Order by navigating to Orders > Order Management > Paid - Ready to Ship
2. Access the Order Details page and select 'Change Warehouse Assignment'
3. Click the Green '+' Icon next to an item. Use the Warehouse dropdown to specify the warehouse you would like to fulfill the item from
4. Click 'Save'. The Inventory will now be reduced from the new warehouse. If this order needs to be exported, the items will be exported to the new warehouse assignment.
Note: Warehouse Overrides are item specific, so different products can be assigned to different warehouses using this process.
