The Sync Failure History page displays sync failures in a more targeted manner than the Sync Inventory History page. Instead of displaying all sync history, this page displays common sync failures that have consistent solutions.
The Sync Failure History page displays five fields for each sync failure: Sync Inventory Date/Time, SKU #, Storefront, Failure Message, and Possible Reasons.
Sync Inventory Date/Time: This field displays the date and time the sync occurred.
SKU #: The SKU of the product a Sync was preformed for.
Storefront:The Storefront that encountered a sync failure.
Failure Message: The message returned by the storefront indicating the cause of the failure
Possible Reasons: Follow this link to view possible explanations of and solutions for the error. If you are unable to resolve the error with this information, contact ecomdash support for additional assistance.
Note: Only sync errors with known causes and consistently reproducible solutions are displayed on this page. For a complete list of all sync failures, use the Sync Inventory History page.
If you do no longer want to attempt syncs to a specific storefront, use the Actions Dropdown to select Don't Sync Now.
