Shipping Rules

The Shipper Rules feature allows you to automatically assign package, carrier, and shipping service based on product information.

To create Shipper Rules use this process:

1. Navigate to Setting Tool bar in the top right hand corner > Orders > Shipping Rules

2. Click 'Add New' to create a Shipping Rule

3. Define the logic for this Shipping Rule. The two rules below indicate all shipments weighing less than or equal to 3 pounds should be shipped in a FedEx Box Small 1 and shipments weighing more than 3 pounds should be shipped using a FedEx Box Large.

4. Each Shipping Rule is assigned a Priority Order. When a shipment is generated for a product, shipper rules are applied in their Priority Order. Each rule will be checked in order until a rule that applies to the shipment is found. The first applicable rule will be applied to the shipment.
