The Export Inventory History Page allows you to monitor the status of your inventory exports and receive feedback in the event of a failure. This page contains five columns of information: Upload Inventory Date/Time, Completed Date/Time, Format Name, Status, and Messages.
Request Date/Time: The date and time the export was initiated.
Completed Date/Time: The date and time the export was completed.
Format Name: The name of the Export Format associated with the export.
Status: The status of the inventory export. This could be Queued (export is about to begin), In-Process (export is currently being processed), Failed (the export was not successful), or Complete. Note, a Complete Status indicates the file was successfully exported by ecomdash. Errors can still occur when a file is successfully exported.
Messages: Information providing a more in-depth explanation of the Status. For a successful export, you should see "Posted Report Successfully at: (Date/Time)". Incomplete exports will have additional information that can be used for troubleshooting. If you are unable to resolve the issue based on the error message, please contact ecomdash support.
Additionally, you'll find an option to "Download File" within the Actions Dropdown. Clicking this button will download a copy of the file that was exported to your computer for your reference.
