Our live chat feature is useful if you have quick questions about the software, a quick workflow question, or if you see an error message you need help with. Our agents will be able to assist you, or get a technical ticket created if your issue needs any troubleshooting.

To access our live chat agent, click on the green chat icon on the bottom right hand corner of your dashboard.
You are also able to search our knowledge base and support guides to help answer any questions you may have. If you still need additional assistance, you can click on the green "Live Chat" button.
There you can begin chatting with our live chat agent who will be able to help answer your questions.
Offline Messages
If it is during our offline hours, you will still be able to send an offline message. Click on the green "Support" button. There you will be able to access our knowledge base and support guides to help answer any questions you may have.
If you still need any additional assistance, you can click on the green "Contact Us" button.
There you can submit an offline message to our support team, and we will respond to you by the next business day.
