New Dashboard: The new dashboard was designed to give you one place where you can both get an overview of your business and a way to quickly access various pages within ecomdash. By clicking on the links within each row, you will be taken directly to the corresponding page.
You may also notice that some of the reports/graphs/charts that were on your dashboard previously are now gone, but don't worry, they are still in ecomdash and can be accessed at any time within the Reporting module.
Refined Navigation Bar: In an effort to simplify and consolidate our overall navigation, we have moved some things around to align quick actions with the module they are related to. Click here for a guide that describes the changes in more depth.
Scan Forms: Scan forms can now be generated for USPS shipping labels that were generated within ecomdash, click here for a guide on how to use this feature.
Updated Reporting Module: The reporting module has been redesigned to give you a way to see all available reports on one page with a quick description, improved sort/search functionality, and a preview of the report itself which can be seen by hovering over the magnifying glass.
Bulk Tag Upload: Tags can now be assigned to a product in bulk via a csv file upload making it easier for you to sort and search for you products, click here for a guide with more information.
Etsy Variations: ecomdash now supports the creation of variation listings on Etsy, click here for a step-by-step guide on how to submit a variation listing to Etsy.
More Product Identifiers: You can now use ISBN and EAN in addition to UPC when submitting a listing to Amazon and eBay.
Warehouse Update: You can now define the type of warehouse you are adding to ecomdash, click here for a guide with more information.
Newegg Lister: ecomdash now supports the creation of listings on Newegg and Newegg CA, click here for a step-by-step guide on how to create a Newegg listing within ecomdash.
Updated Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base has been redesigned to make guides easier to find. Our support team has also gone through and cleaned up/updated hundreds of guides to ensure they are as helpful as they can be.
In-Software Knowledge Base Search: We have made it easier and faster to find guides without even leaving ecomdash. You can now search for guides on the Knowledge Base by simply clicking the green Support bubble at the bottom right of the page and typing in what you are looking for help with.
The ecomdash Community: The ecomdash Community gives you a place to ask questions and find answers that can be provided by other ecomdash users. That means that even if our regular support hours are over for the day, you can post a question here where everyday users of ecomdash can offer up their own solutions and workflows.
