The things listed below are things that you will want to confirm if Smartpost rates are not appearing in your ecomdash account:
1. Under Settings > Carrier Setup > FedEx (View) do you have the correct Smartpost Hub ID entered here?
- We would recommend reaching out to FedEx directly to get the correct Hub ID for your account.
2. Do the dimensions for your package meet the standards for Smartpost?
- The minimum dimensions of 6 x 4 x 1 IN must be entered for SmartPost rates to appear.
