As ecomdash imports orders, they may fall in 1 of three list screens depending on the status of the order.
All Sales Orders – This screen will show you all orders that have been imported regardless of status. You can filter by status from this screen and see historical orders that are no longer active.
Awaiting Payment Orders – This screen will show you any order that a customer has currently committed to purchase on your sales channel but has not checked out or completed payment. Once the payment is processed, ecomdash will automatically update this order for you.
Paid – Ready To Ship Orders – This screen will show you any order that has been paid by your customer and needs to be shipped.
Search – This screen provides you a quick way to find an order within ecomdash to assist in customer support.
