To report an issue to the ecomdash team:
1. Hover over the Question Mark icon in the top right of your screen
2. Click 'Report an Issue'.
3. You will be taken to our support site where you will have the option to enter in exactly what is wrong, SKU numbers, orders numbers and all information related to your issue. Screenshots and detailed information help to ensure a quick resolution.
This will send the ecomdash support team an email notification and create a ticket based on your issue.
We will follow up via email as soon as possible.
