How can I define Shipping Preferences?

Within ecomdash, you can set Shipper Settings such as the Shipping Label settings, Default Shipper Settings, Packing Slip/Label formats, and Ship From Address.

To get set your shipping preferences: Navigate to Settings > Orders > Shipper Settings

Default Shipper: You can choose your Default Shipper to be set automatically when a new Shipping Order is created.

Print Format: This setting gives you options as to what happens when you generate a label.

• 4" x 6": One shipping label that takes up half of a page.
• 4" x 6": One Shipping label and one Packing slip on one page. Each taking up a half of the page.
• 8" x 11": Two Shipping Labels per sheet. Each taking up half of the page.

Packing Slip Format: If you'd like the Packing Slip to take up half of the page (4" x 6") or the whole page (8" x 11").

Ship From Address: When generating a shipping label, which address should we use as the return address. Learn more by clicking here. The address under Settings > General Settings > Company
