eBay's Allow Best Offer program allows your buyers to submit a bid for an item below the Buy It Now Price. When using Allow Best Offer, you can define a Minimum and Maximum Price. If the buyer's bid is within this range, their offer will automatically be accepted. If you do not define a Minimum and Maximum Price, you'll need to log in to your eBay Seller account to manually accept or reject the offer.
To Enable "Allow Best Offer" for an eBay Listing:
1. Navigate to Listings > Listing Management > Active/Draft Listings.
2. Hover over Actions> View to access the Listing Details for an eBay Listing.
3. Locate the Allow Best Offer field.
4. Enable the Allow Best Offer checkbox. If necessary, set a Best Offer Max Price and Best Offer Min Price. Note, you'll need to set both Min and Max Price if you elect to use these fields.
5. Continue with the Listing Creation Process or Submit Revisions as needed.
Enabling "Allow Best Offer" in Bulk:
The Allow Best Offer option can be enabled for multiple listings using the Bulk Listing Editor or through a File Upload using the attribute "Allow Best Offer Indicator".
Best Offer Min and Max Price and be set for multiple listings through a File Upload using the attributes "Allow Best Offer Min Price" and "Allow Best Offer Max Price".
