Where can I view my eBay business policies?

1. Navigate to Settings > Listing Settings > Listing Defaults

2. Click on the eBay logo (if you have multiple eBay storefronts, hover over the icon to see the name you have assigned that storefront) and select Storefront Defaults

3. eBay Business Policies are visible at the bottom of the page. Be sure to select the Profile Type (Payment, Shipping, or Return) from the dropdown to see the appropriate Business Policies. If you do not see any Business Policies you may need to Refresh Business Policies or Opt-In to eBay Business Policies
