Purchase Orders in a "New" status can be cancelled in ecomdash by following the steps provided below;
- Navigate to Restock > Purchase Orders.
- Find a purchase order with a status of "New" and click the 'Red X' icon on the far right hand side of your screen.
- If the PO is in a "Submitted" status, you will need to click into the PO and then click the green "Re-open" symbol located to the right of the Status field. Then you can click "Cancel".
- This will change your purchase order to a status of "Cancelled".
*Note: If a PO has already been Marked Complete, it cannot be re-opened or cancelled.
