ecomdash supports inventory, order and listing management for your Rakuten Sales Channel.
To add your Rakuten integration:
1. Login to your account
2. Navigate to Settings > Storefront Setup
3. Click 'Add New' and you will be brought to the new storefront integration page
4. Select Rakuten as the Ecommerce Platform
5. Enter your Rakuten FTP Username and Password and click 'Save'. You can obtain your FTP credentials by emailing the Rakuten.com merchant integration team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Seller ID and Rakuten.com login email address.
6. Enter your Rakuten Seller ID near the bottom of the page and click 'Save'.
7. Your Rakuten Sales Channel is now added to ecomdash.
