eBay Sales Channel Setup

ecomdash supports inventory, order and listing management for your eBay Sales Channel.

To add your eBay integration:

1. Login to your ecomdash account

2. Click on Settings > Storefront Setup

3. Click 'Add New' and you will be brought to the new storefront integration page

4. Select eBay as the platform and click the 'Save'

5. Click on the Enable eBay button and enter your User ID and Password and sign in.

6. Select a Default Country. New listings will be automatically posted to this country specific eBay site. If you would like to list to multiple country specific sites or import business policies from different countries, a separate integration will need to be made for each country.

6. Once you are logged in you will be prompted with the Grant Application Access screen.

7. Click ‘I Agree’ and your eBay storefront will be linked to your eBay account

8. The Ecommerce Status will be update to ‘Enabled’ inside your ecomdash account.
