How to Cancel a Shipping Label

Once you generate a shipping label for your order, you can cancel the label at anytime to receive a refund within your shipping account: 

1. Navigate to Shipments> All Shipments.

2. Select Actions> View for the order you would like to cancel the label for.

3. Select the print icon within the Manage Labels section.

4. Click the red X to cancel the label.
