How Do I Cancel an Unshipped Shipping Order?

To Cancel an Unshipped Order:

1. Navigate to Shipments> Merchant, Dropship, or FBA MCF.
2. Click Actions> Cancel on right hand side of the shipping order. This will cancel the shipping order and move the sales order back to Orders> Paid.

To Cancel the Sales Order:

1. Navigate to Orders> Paid and select the checkbox for that order, then click Bulk Actions> Mark as Cancel Order(s) or -
2. Click Actions> Cancel to the right of your Sales Order.This will change the status of the order from Paid to Cancelled.
