Where can I check to see if my listing was created on the sales channel?

  1. Navigate to Support -> Listing History to view listing submissions(New Listings and Listing Updates).
  2. The listing submission can be reviewed to be sure that the listing was created on your sales channel correctly.
  3. If the status of your listing is failed, there will be an explanation in the comments section for each listing attempt.
  4. Your listing will have a Failed (Ready to Create Listing) validation status. Make the appropriate changes under List For Sale -> Queued Listings.
  5. After the appropriate changes have been made, click the create listings button to create the listing for the product.
