The Filters dropdown on the Inventory Management Page allows you to isolate products based on certain criteria
All Suppliers
- This filter allows you to view and filter your products based on a certain supplier.

All Warehouses
- This filter allows you to see all products that have that warehouse as an option to store inventory.
- This will not show you what products are in stock at that warehouse, just if the warehouse is listed within the warehouse section of the Product Details

All Inventory
- This filter allows you to sort your products based on certain classifications. You are able to view all kits, all parent products, if a product is out of stock, and more.
- This filter also allows you to view all products that have auto sync enabled or disabled. This can be very useful when turning on or turning off auto sync. For more information about auto-sync, click here.
The Views dropdown controls the information displayed on the Inventory Management page.
Default View
This filter allows for you to see different product data based on the filter you select. There are four filters for you to select: Default View, Current Activity View, Physical Inventory View, Supplier View.
Default View:
This view will show up every time you navigate to Inventory > Inventory Management. It will show you the following fields:
- Image
- Name
- SKU Number
- Quantity on Hand
- The date the product was added in ecomdash
Current Activity View:
This view allows for you to get a look at the movement of a product. This view also allows you to see if an open Purhcase Order(s) exist for this product, and if the product is in transit. This view will show you the following fields:
- Image
- Name
- SKU
- Quantity on Hand
- On Order
- Committed Balance
- Last Sold Date of the product
- Last Received date of the product
Physical Inventory View
This view allows for you to see the physical location of the warehouse, and shows the quantity that is being stored at that warehouse. *You must first select a warehouse from the All Warehouses filter.
This view also allows for you to see if there are any open purchase order(s) for that product. This view shows you the following fields:
- Image
- Name
- SKU
- Quantity on Hand
- Committed Balance
- Warehouse Name
- Warehouse Quantity
- Aisle
- Bin
- Barcode
Supplier View
This view allows for you to see the details of the product based on supplier. It allows for you to see the Supplier SKU (if applicable) and the cost of the product. This view will show the following fields:
- Image
- Name
- SKU
- Supplier Name
- Supplier SKU
- Cost
- Reorder Level
- Target Level
