The On Hold Orders screen allows you to see all your on hold orders as well as the reason the order is on hold. You can define which situations you want ecomdash to put an order on hold for by navigating to Settings> Storefronts > click the binoculars next to a storefront > On Hold Settings tab.
You can also take an order off hold or cancel the order by selecting an order below and clicking the Order Status button. Once removed from hold, the order will move to the Paid Ready to Ship screen.
On Hold Settings are designed to automatically place a sales order on hold if the order is missing information, the item is out of stock, or the order needs further review before fulfillment. Orders matching the criteria you define are placed on hold at the time the orders are imported from the storefront into ecomdash. On Hold Settings are unique to each storefront.
