With the latest update to our support site, you may notice a new section below the main support categories, Community;
By clicking the Join the Conversation link, you will be taken to a page where you can ask questions, share insight, and learn more about various aspects of ecomdash! You can click into one of the discussions already there or click New Post to start a new discussion thread if you can't find exactly what you are looking for.
One of the best things about the Community is that it is open for business 24/7! So if you are looking for help after our regular support hours, you can post questions here, where other users can provide suggestions based on their own experiences and workflows. You can even follow sections and posts allowing you to get alerts every time some one posts in them.
For example, the ecomdash support team will be posting release notes and other information important to our users in the Announcements sections. So if you want to be alerted every time we add a new post there, click into the Announcements section and then click the Follow button.
We are really excited for this new addition to our support suite and look forward to seeing how you take advantage of it!

A support account also lets you track the progress of your currently open support ticket as well as look through any previous tickets you have submitted.
