Do I need a certain level of QuickBooks Online to integrate with ecomdash?

    Why is a "QBO Plus" account required? You state this, but then show the image with the three plans compared and all three show that they "Integrate with available applications"?

    We don't need all the features of "Plus". We don't need most or any of the features in the "Essentials" plan either. So can you explain why we'll have to pay more than three times as much for a QBO, just to have the integration with ecomdash?

    Some explanation here might go a long way to helping customers understand why this has to be.

    We apologize for any confusion as we have noticed that the screenshot previously shown on this screen did not display the full amount of differences between the various QuickBooks account types. Now you can click the link within the guide to see the full differences on QB's website. In short though, Plus is required when integrating with ecomdash as it is the only tier that allows the Track Inventory feature which is what we use to send information to QB.
     
    Please let us know if there is anything else we can clear up for you regarding this integration.
