This error may appear if the delimiter of your file is not supported. You will want to make sure that the file you are trying to upload was saved in the .csv format.
If this upload is being completed as part of an inventory feed, you may also want to ensure the file you are uploading matches with the delimiter you have set within your import feed format which is under Settings > Inventory Setup > Import Format.
If you have are still experiencing issues, please send an email to support@ecomdash.com with the name of the import format you are using and a copy of the inventory file.
