If you receive this error message, this means that there is already a listing ZenCart with this SKU. ZenCart does not allow duplicate SKUS. If you are trying to edit an active listing, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Listings-->Active Listings
- Click into the product details
- Make any necessary edits
- Click “Save”
- Return back to Active Listings-->Select the Product(s)-->Click “Submit Revisions
