On Hold Settings

On Hold Settings are designed to automatically place a sales order on hold if the order is missing information, the item is out of stock, or the order needs further review before fulfillment. Orders matching the criteria you define are placed on hold at the time the orders are imported from the storefront into ecomdash. On Hold Settings are unique to each storefront. To customize these settings:


Navigate to Administration > Storefronts > Select Storefront Details > Select the On Hold Order Settings Tab From here, you can check the boxes next to any criteria you would like to use to place an order on hold automatically. 

Click Save in the lower right corner to save your changes.


FYI- selecting the "Needs Review Before Shipping" option will place all orders on hold automatically.
