How do I add money to my Pitney Bowes / Ecomdash account?

Log into your PB account at www.pbshippingmerchant.pitneybowes.com using the email address and password used when creating the PB account.  From there, you can do a one-time postage purchase, set up an auto-purchase / rebuy of postage, update credit card details, etc.
