How do I report an issue?

To report an issue to the ecomdash team: 

1. Navigate to your ecomdash account.

2. At the top of your screen you will see an Help Desk Tab, hover over that and then click 'Report an Issue'. 

3. Click this and you will have the option to enter in exactly what is wrong, SKU numbers, orders numbers and all information related to your issue. 

This will send the ecomdash team a email notification and create a ticket based on your issue. 

As soon as the ecomdash team takes a look, we will follow up via email as soon as possible.
