"Received error while adding new listing. Error: Product already exists for SKU"

If you receive this error message, this means that there is already a listing ZenCart with this SKU. ZenCart does not allow duplicate SKUS. If you are trying to edit an active listing, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to Listings-->Active Listings
  • Click into the product details
  • Make any necessary edits
  • Click “Save”
  • Return back to Active Listings-->Select the Product(s)-->Click “Submit Revisions
